Description
Here is a RARE PROMO vintage Marty Robbins album from my collection offered up for sale: The 1957 album "Song Of The Islands", this is a PROMO pressing, a "6 eye" original WHITE LABEL pressing that was released in 1957 by Columbia Records CL-1087 (mono). Features Marty's own unique rendition of Hawaiian songs! The heavy weight vinyl record rates EX, is clean and glossy, has a few light age spots in the gloss and one faint mark, nothing heavy, looks rarely played! This record has been PLAY TESTED, plays from start to finish with excellent sound quality, minimal surface noise, a very enjoyable listen for a 58 year old record! The vintage "6 eye" red and white labels are bright, one side has sticker shadow, no signatures or writing, only a couple spindle marks! The cover rates EX, is clean and bright, edge and corners have only light wear, binder edge readable, openings have small splits neatly repaired, no tape, front has a slight crease (unnoticeable), no signatures or writing, minimal ring wear, a great 58 year old cover!
NO RESERVE PRICE!! LOW opening bid! Good Luck! ! Will be shipped in a protective plastic sleeve inside a secure record mailing box with tracking number. Vinyl will be shipped in sleeve outside cover to prevent splits. Check my Seller's list for more rare white label PROMO records and other country and rock record gems!
