Description
Here is a RARE vintage album from my collection offered up for sale: This is an extremely hard to find promotional pressing of "Where the Action is" from the hit ABC TV program. Soulful performances by Steve Alaimo and band, featuring great songs by Ray Charles, James Brown, Otis Redding, Little Richard, Marvin Gaye, Chuck Berry, Bob Dylan and title track written by Tommy Boyce (soon to write for the Monkees and others) The group presents stomping renditions and is reportedly "Paul Revere & the Raiders" fronted by STEVE ALAIMO! This rare PROMO LP was released in 1965 by ABC records MONO, this is an original 1965 Radio Station DJ pressing! cool!
The vinyl rates VG+, is super glossy and clean, has only a few light marks, nothing heavy, looks minimally played! PLAY TESTED, plays from start to finish with excellent sound quality, clear sound with minimal surface noise, no skips, no jumps, a very enjoyable listen!
The cover rates EX, shows minimal handling wear, all edges are EX, no tape, binder edge is readable, no signatures or writing, no stains, no ring wear! Includes vintage printed inner sleeve, clean and nice!
Will be shipped in a protective plastic sleeve inside a secure record mailing box with tracking number. The vinyl will be shipped in a paper sleeve outside the cover to prevent cover and sleeve splits. Check my seller list for other vintage record gems! Buy more than one item from our list at one time and we will ship them together. Media rate may take up to nine days but is usually much faster.
