Round corners, and a 9-inch notch on the edge that opens. First issue. No bar code on the cover. Thick gatefold cardboard cover with a wide spine. In the lower right corner on inner sleeve is the catalog number: "SHVL 815(I)" Printer's code, date sleeve printed 7701. No EMI stamper. A-2U," means that the record was cut by Universal Programmes Corporation.
