This album was the fourth release for the now stella band. It was let loose on the British public on April the 16th 1966 and onto the US public by the 20th of June 1966 (by London Records, rather than the Decca label).
This album was the very first album to contain ONLY compositions of Jagger and Richards-so this proved to be a breakthrough for the band. Reaching number 1 in the UK and number 2 in the USA (again with different track listings for UK and US releases).

Really quite an early pressing here.
Not forgetting a 'JT' tax code stamped into both sides' run off grooves, which appeared in 1968 and can still be seen faintly on Decca 45s as late as 1972.

Vinyl: EX+. Gorgeous sheen. I have just had the utter pleasure of listening to her and WOW-TURN HER UP!
GO ON...GO ON...
Turn it right up and clear yer ears out!! I found just dust and some finger prints which, with a good clean will reduce the current BUT VERY slight background noise. Very hard to see any needle marks-certainly nothing to make her jump or skip.

Check out the DEEP bass when 'Under My Thumb' kicks in.

Labels: EX.  There are  a few light spindle marks, visible only when angled to the light with hardly any hole wear-Please see the detailed pictures.
