Just found this beauty! I rarely use a NM grading, but this might qualify. Definitely EX cover and vinyl. Protective plastic baggy inner sleeve and outer plastic cover. ORIGINAL LIGHT BLUE DOLTON "FISH" LABEL. Fantastic!

2nd editions have darker blue or green labels with sunset address. 3rd pressing have dark Green/Blue labels stating "A Division of Liberty".
