This was the Beatles' second official release, following their hugely popular Please Please Me. This record was released on the 30th November 1963 and went to the number 1 position (knocking of their own Please Please Me lp) on the 7th of December. Staying at number 1 for 21 weeks! As a little note: they had already sold 250,000 copies before the release and so accepted a silver disc BEFORE release!

Superb vinyl with just a few minor and insignificant light marks to the vinyl-which do not affect playback.
After I gave her a gentle professional vacuum clean, I popped her onto my Focus One deck and was ijncredibly happy with the clean and clear audio output.
I didn't even notice any background noise of any significance.
FLAT AS THE DAY SHE WAS BORN IN '65.
A TOP NOTCH COPY - -REALLY IS AN UPGRADE!

This cover is in great condition with good stong corners displaying just light storage wear. A glossy front picture-this being the 1st printing run of the image as the polo necks on the Beatles are a lot less pronounced and blend into the background.
Wonderfully strong, legible spine.
"You Really Gotta Hold On Me" INcorrect track listing to the back...Later corrected.
Strong & solid & clean flipbacks.

There is a well repaired tear near the opening-but is so well done it is nothing to worry about...This is why the grading is a VG+ and not an EX+.
WHITE back card-free from writing etc.
