EX++/EX++ COLUMBIA SAX 2347 2348 SMS 1007 B/S 1ST KLEMPERER CONDUCTS WAGNER RARE
PLEASE NOTE OVER THE NEXT FEW WEEKS/MONTHS I WILL BE LISTING NUMEROUS RECORDS FROM A VERY WELL PRESERVED COLLECTION OF CLASSICAL RECORDS. MANY OF THE EXAMPLES IN THIS COLLECTION ARE IN THE BEST CONDITION I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY TEN YEARS BUYING AND SELLING RECORDS. SOME EXAMPLES ARE IN A STATE OF REMARKABLE PRESERVATION AT LEAST EX+ TO NEAR MINT IF NOT BETTER.
THE PREVIOUS OWNER PURCHASED THESE RECORDS DURING THE 1960'S AND 1970S, PLAYED THEM A FEW TIMES (IF AT ALL, IN SOME CASES, I WOULD GUESS) AND PLACED THEM IN PROTECTIVE SLEEVES AND STORED THEM (CORRECTLY) VERTICALLY FOR MANY YEARS. DUE TO THE RECORDS BEING STORED AND UNUSED FOR MANY YEARS I WOULD RECOMEND A PROFESSIONAL CLEAN AS A MATTER OF COURSE, TO ENHANCE THESE WONDERFULLY PRESERVED RECORDS FURTHER.

Records- EX++ (Excellent Plus Plus)
Beautiful examples that have been well preserved. They have retained a deep glossy shine throughout all the sides. In very strong bright light and at certain angles there are a couple of very light, inconsequential, wispy, inner sleeve marks in places, these are very few and far between and barely noticed if at all, with a couple of minimal light non feeable marks and a few light, minimal hairlines again non feelable in places. On the whole a very nice example of this highly sought after boxed set.
Due to this set of records being stored and largely unused for many years I would recommend a professional clean to enhance this fantastic example further.
Box-EX++ (Excellent Plus Plus)
This box is very clean throughout and presents very well indeed. There is some very light marks but nothing heavy or distracting, some very minor edge/corner wear, with some light corner rubbing marks. There are some light surface marks in places but nothing heavy. This type of box very rarely preserves well, but this example has clearly been very well cared for and correctly stored.
Lovely clean fresh booklet libretto, with some mild handling marks and minor wear, with a small corner crease in places.
