IN FANTASTIC CONDITION FOR AGE - never played and never opened !!
This is part of the SEE HEAR READ Disney Collection of 24 page book (No 339) and the 7" LP.
Also known as READ ALONG.
The Story and Song from the Haunted Mansion is a Disneyland Records that was released in 1969 to coincide with the opening of Disneyland's Haunted Mansion attraction.
It featured the story of two teenagers, Mike (voiced by Ron Howard) and Karen (voiced by Robie Lester), who get trapped inside the Mansion, with Thurl Ravenscroft as the Narrator, Pete Renaday as the Ghost Host, and Eleanor Audley as Madame Leota.
The record also included a storybook depicting various scenes from the attraction illustrated by Collin Campbell.

By definition it is mint as it is sealed and unused, however I cannot guarantee what the condition of the record is unless I open it. Furthermore it has been stored for over 50 years. Please check the photos for the condition as this is part of the description/

This is an unused factory sealed item. If you are unhappy with your item do contact me and I will sort out a refund. I base my record gradings as fairly as possible using the guidelines below:
Mint (M): Unopened, brand new record and sleeve.
Near Mint (NM): Both record and sleeve are nearly perfect – no obvious signs of imperfection.
Excellent (Ex): Close to Near Mint but the record may have the odd surface mark and/or exhibit some wispy sleeve removal lines that can only be viewed under the brightest of lights. The sleeve may have the odd crease, or some other minor blemish.
Very Good Plus (VG+): Will show signs of prior use (scuffs, surface marks, etc) but these defects will be mostly cosmetic in nature. Surface noise, if present, will certainly not overpower the music. No marks on the vinyl should be feelable to the touch. The sleeve may have the odd blemish or crease.Some ring wear and edge wear. Overall, a good collector’s copy.
Very Good (VG): Will play through well, but the disc may have a light scratch (deep enough to feel). The music will play loud and clear, although surface noise may be present at points. The sleeve may display signs of mishandling, stickers, ring wear, edge wear.
