Description
Here is a legendary 1st pressing of Hush by Extradition on the Australian Sweet Peach label in 1971. Catalogue number: SP 12003. Run off area has SP-12003-A and SP-12003-B with what looks like fh across from them, facing the other way. Cover is VG. It is delicate, a flap opens from the right then the record inserts at the left edge. Name on back, seam split at right edge, surface rip upper front. Vinyl is VG+/EX-. Fresh and glossy with no scratches, just a small amount of light surface scuffs. Labels are bold and clean with faint trails. A full play test both sides revealed only slight crackle in some sections (possibly from dust). No pops or jumps. Most of the music is very soft and gentle, so finding a nice copy without much background noise is a big deal. You may never see a nicer playing example.
According to research, the last original pressing was auctioned on ebay in June 2005 - nearly 8 years ago. This is one of the most highly sought after records ever pressed in Australia, bid to win!
