Shipping
All items are usually shipped within 48 hours, unless it is purchased on a weekend. Sometimes it does get busy and in that case it could take 3-5 business days to get your order out. So please be patient. All items are packaged and shipped with the utmost care, after all I am also a collector.
Quality
In case you did not notice our feedback is incredible. I quality check all items myself and try and describe things with as much detail as possible. If you are unhappy for any reason with a purchase please contact me first before trying to return an item.
Returns
New and sealed items are NOT RETURNABLE. I would not ship anything out unless it meets the description described. If you feel something needs to be returned please message me and we will see if we can solve the problem. But simply, "I changed my mind" after opening and using an item will not fly. On used vinyl if you feel the condition did not meet the listing please message me also. Anything can be worked out, just remember you catch more flies with honey.
