Easter Everywhere - 13th Floor Elevators - Original - RECORD ONLY - No Reserve

This is an auction for a copy Easter Everywhere by the Thirteenth (13th) Floor Elevators.  I found this album in a local antiques shop here in Houston.  It absolutely broke my heart to find it sitting on a shelf, as is with no sleeve much less cover.  The record definitely shows some wear and it has scratches.  However, most of these are light scuffs and the scratches appear to be surface scratches.  They are not enough to make the record skip at all.  I listened to the entire album and have included some notes about the individual tracks.  
The inner label shows some wear but the color (aqua blue) is still very nice and bright.  This was obviously a listener record and it shows a lot of spindle wear.  There is some build up on the trail off, but pretty typical for an album that has been out of its cover for awhile. 
This would make a good listener album.  I have not tried cleaning it other than wiping it off with a record cleaning pad and standard record cleaning fluid.  I am sure it had a more thorough cleaning it would sound a lot better but I will let the buyer do that.  That being said, every track is very listenable at this point.  Like I said, I played the entire album and it did not skip a single time.  Please see my track comments before.    
Finally, with the shape it is in, I really can't price it.  That is why I am putting it as a auction with no reserve.
Side 1:  This side sounds good. 
1.  Slip Inside this House - Lots of Popping not too buzzy. 2.  Slide Machine - Lots of buzzing but the sounds is getting a little clear. 3.  She Lives - Probably the best sounding track on this side.  The sound is fairly clean, not too much popping. 4.  Nobody to Love - Starts getting buzzy again, track sounds good though. 5.  Baby Blue - Lots of popping at the beginning of the song but it gets better.  The music is affected at begining of song.
Side 2:  Overall, side 2 is less buzzy than side 1 but still pops quite a bit.
1.  Earthquake - A lot of popping right at the beginning of the track but is gets better.   2.  Dust - Sounds pretty good, some popping.  This is track is slower and more quiet so the popping can definitely heard.  3.  I Got Levitation - Popping is pretty heavy but the sound is still pretty good. 4.  I Had to Tell You - Some popping but sound is pretty good.  Harmonica can clearly be heard. 5.  Postures - Popping comes through most on this track.  Music is clear but the pops definitely affect the track.
