Product Description

Rare vintage 78rpm shellac record from the Eclipse label featuring 'Black-Eyed Susan Brown' by Syd Roy & His R.K. Olians, catalogue number 471. This authentic pre-war recording represents a fascinating piece of British musical heritage from the golden age of 78rpm records.

This collectible record features:

  • Original Eclipse label with distinctive red and gold design and company logo
  • Fox Trot dance rhythm popular during the 1930s era
  • Performance by Syd Roy & His R.K. Olians dance band
  • Traditional shellac composition typical of pre-war 78rpm pressings
  • Authentic 'Made in England' pressing from Eclipse Records
  • Classic dance band arrangement with period-authentic instrumentation

The record shows age-related surface wear and light scratching consistent with its 90+ year heritage, but remains structurally sound with readable label text. A wonderful addition to any vintage music collection or dance band memorabilia, offering collectors an authentic piece of British recording history from the shellac era.
