Payment

We accept payment through PayPal. Auction payments are due within 5 days of winning bids. Buy It Now payments are due immediately. If you are bidding on multiple items in auctions that end more than 5 days apart please send us a message to let us know you need special consideration to pay late for bids you have already won if you want to combine shipping. We are no longer able to allow buyers to hold payment for bids won in more than 2 auctions ending on different days.

Shipping & Packing

We usually ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. We pack all records securely and professionally using sturdy boxes and cardboard filler pads. The records are placed outside of the jackets unless the records are sealed. We do not open sealed records. We sometimes use recycled boxes, but only when they are in strong, useable and presentable condition. We combine shipping on multiple items.

If you win more than one bid and some items are offered with free shipping and some items have shipping charges you will be charged shipping on the items with shipping charges. We combine shipping on multiple items.

When we offer free shipping it is for USA customers only.  If you are a customer outside of the US, or if you require more expensive or special packing or shipping that might change the shipping cost please send us a message and wait for our invoice before you send payment.

USA: Unless the shipping is offered as free the usual cost is $4.00 Media Mail or $9.50 Priority Mail for 1 record. Additional albums are $.50 media and $1.00 priority. High value albums may require mandatory insurance; each album in set counts as 1 album each and shipping will be calculated accordingly. Shipping costs for records sold together as a lot of 2 or more are adjusted accordingly and will be clearly stated.

INTERNATIONAL:  International shipping cost depends on weight and location. Buyer is responsible for paying shipping, customs fees, duty taxes and any other additional costs. Refunds

If you do not agree with our assessment please return the item or items within 14 days of purchase and we will promptly issue a refund providing the item or items are in the exact condition they were in when they left our possession. Sealed items must still be sealed. Records sold in a lot are considered 1 item and all records in a lot must be returned together.  We maintain detailed photos of all merchandise and videos of the packing process until positive feedback is received or problems are satisfactorily resolved. No partial refunds, full refunds for return of product only.
