As far as I can see (after referring to 2016 RC Price Guide) this is the 2nd issue (a 1st recently went on here for £250+) - still a very attractive item.
Vinyl in excellent condition to both sides; Cover in VG++; Laminated to outer (Ernest J. Day & Co Ltd., London 6907 TPS) Light creasing to back top left; spline very good; Inside cover VG+++ to excellent. 
No writing whatsover to cover or label - always a plus
