SHIPPING: DOMESTIC:.. For additional records, add $.75 for media mail, $1.50 for priority. Please adjust the invoice for the additional record discount, if you have multiple wins............INSURANCE: Insurance is $1.35 for up to $50 of value, $2.30 for up to $100 value, $3.35 up to $200. Make sure to adjust the insurance amount if you choose to use insurance. Or, just request an invoice. I pack the records very securely. In the event of broken records which are insured, it will be your resposibility to file claims with the post office. I will provide any neccessary reciepts to you. This is the post office policy. Records that are not insured will have no refund if broken in shipments. Please read the section of "Packing" for more details. ..........................................INTERNATIONAL:..... For International orders, I use calculated shipping cost based on weight, location, and shipping method. I'm sorry, I don't use the Ebay shipping calculator, it does not work properly. I charge $4 materials and handling charge on International. One 12" 78 packed weighs about 2 pounds 6 ounces, each additional 78 weighs approximately 1 pound. Subtract 4 ounces or so for 10" 78's. Approximate cost to Europe is $20 Air Letter, $27 Air parcel, including the $4 shipping & handling charge. You can go to WWW.USPS.Com to get some idea of shipment costs to your location. ......................INSURANCE:........Air Letter is not insurable, Air Parcel includes insurance up to about $75 value, the included insurance amount depends on the weight, additional insurance on Air or Economy parcel post is availlable, ask. I Pack very securely, in the event of broken records which are insured, it will be your responsibility to file a claim with the USPS post office, or your local postal service. I will provide all neccessary reciepts. Records that are not insured will have to refund in the event of records broken in shipment. Please see the section "Packing" for more information.... ..................................................PACKING:.....I use standard record maillers, which only fit a limited number of records. If you are bidding on many items, the shipping discount applies until the mailler is full, and then the full shipping charge applies on the next record, and then the shipping discount applies again, until the next mailler is full, etc. Or, if you buy 18 or more records, I can use 14x14x14" boxes which can hold 18-35 or more records, and I pack very securely. The cost for this is Cost of shipping, plus $8 ......... For the 78's, I use 1/4" 12x12 pieces of hardboard (Wood, not cardboard) inserted into cardboard record maillers...This adds about a pound to the weight, and I use 1/2" 12x12 pieces of styrofoam for padding, and cardboard record maillers. The packages are very durable. I have not had any break with this system................. For Edison discs, if you want them shipped cheaply, I can wrap in cardboard, and put into a manila mailling envelope, since they are so thick, but I don't know how much break strength they have, so this would be at your own risk. If you want them packed this way, it would be $2.5 for the first, $.50 for each additional, up to 4. For the vinyl LP's, I usually don't use the hardboard, if you want it included, just ask........................If you are still bidding on current auctions, please wait and pay all at once...................................MINIMUM ORDER:...... For international only, I require a minimum of $15 purchase not including shipping charges, on international orders, please don't bid unless you intend to pay at least $15 total, for all won auctions combined, even if the winning bid is less than $15.......................Please email if you have any questions. Thank You!......... .............Search: Label Collector, Grand Prize, Monarch, Deluxe.............
