Description
This is the first US release of SUNRISE by Eire Apparent, in 1969 (Buddah BDS 5031). Produced by Jimi Hendrix. Performance contributions by Hendrix, Noel Redding and Soft Machine drummer Robert Wyatt. These recordings better resemble the pop contributions of Mr. Redding (think Little Miss Strange) than the Experience's stoned material. Tightly arranged, straight-forward psych pop.
I don't give out grades above vg+ for anything that has been removed from its original packaging.
vinyl = vg+; clean and glossy, sound is crisp cover = vg+; NO splitting; light edge wear; rub mark next to the title on the front; date handwritten in ink next to the title on the back; long scratches on the back board, along spine
