Unacceptable bids

I will not accept bids from anyone with ZERO FEEDBACK or NEW USER/OR CHANGED ID unless -

They contact me with details of their Ebay ID, Name and Address along with telephone number THEN I will make contact in order to check

genuineness and then and only then - I will accept bids

If you do not contact me first - I will cancel your bid and block the bidder name.

I regret having to take this decision, but TBH I am totally fed up with people failing to pay and inevitably its always from bidders with ZERO FEEDBACK or NEW ID.
