Description
Jimi Hendrix Experience - Electric Jimi Hendrix - An impossibly rare find. This record has been classed as the 170th rarest record EVER MADE.
This single album made up of sides 2 and 4 of Electric Lady Land was made available by Polydor (on the Track Label) as part of their mail order series called "The Audio Club of Great Britain". This was done without the band's consent so they took legal action and the record was withdrawn. As a consequence, there are around 200 known copies in circulation. This is one of them.

Now, the condition. I’m going to be as honest and as accurate as possible, as this record usually retails for £500-900. If someone’s buying this, I want them to know exactly what it is they are buying (check my feedback, I’m honest) I'm also a collector, so know the pain of buying a record and it not being what you thought.
Sleeve - VG. Comes with a polythene lined blue inner (but not the original) There is general wear to the sleeve, but no rips/tears/writing. The colour to the corners has gone, as from storage without a sleeve (I’m assuming) There’s a tiny nick to where the record is inserted, but only noticeable upon inspection. Someone named 'kev' also stickered his name on the sleeve (why Kev, why!?) This CAN be removed, but is not my decision to make. It is decision of whomever buys this record. Overall, a strong VG, with full colour and minimal bends, just age related wear and the sticker.
Labels - Some spindle marks, but nothing major. NO graffiti.
Record -
SIDE 1 - Some surface noise to track one, but could be sorted with a deep clean, possibly. Not many marks evident, unless held up to a bright light. Looks clean and has a bright shine. Occasional crackle between tracks and in quieter places. Again, a deep clean could improve this. I don’t have the facilities to sort that out. Still, after the first track, plays VG/VG plus.
SIDE 2 - A few marks on this side. One long mark (not deep) causes an occasional pop on track 2. However, this depends on how sensitive your player is. Otherwise, it’s another case of a deep clean. There are a few marks all over on this side, but still plays VG. I've tried to capture a good picture of these marks. See? Honest!
As you can see, I’ve been as honest as I possibly can be. If you have any questions, please ask. If I’ve missed anything, let me know and I’d be happy to inform you.
It’s not a perfect copy, but it is a VERY GOOD copy. If you've been after this, bid now. You might not get another chance...no reserve! I want this one to work out its own price.
Postage will be fast, swift and secure. It WILL be insured and signed for. NO RUSSIA. NO SOUTH AMERICA. NO ITALY. My apologies, but I’m not risking it.
Thanks a lot!
Luke.
