  This is from my own collection, I am not a dealer, in the next few months I am selling off part of my collection, some rarities and collectable, no filler! Thanks for looking!

VGC + `Vault stored` vinyl copy , difficult to find now.

 Please note this is sides BC of Ladyland with  single envelope style original Track sleeve.

Almost unknown version.

A1 B1 1968 original vgc plus vinyl (labels show BC) this was organised this way for autochanger back in the day!

1st press in very very rare in vgc + order, plays though clear and bright in punchy.

This is not a perfect it has some light surface ticks, nothing too serious,  it's a 55 year old vinyl.

There are visible lines on the vinyl see photos , these don't affect play badly, only some slight surface noise ..

.recorded at Olympic Studios in Barnes London and Ladyland Studios NYC released in London 1968 first on the iconic "UK Black Track label"

The photos of Olympic studios and a Tape machine from the era are not included.

It's reported that in the late 80s Virgins studio Manager Barbara Jeffries ordered that all the master tapes stored at Olympic go in the skip!

The bootleggers must have loved her...

This is an "very good plus condition "vinyl copy

There are some surface lines, some marks  and lines and light removal marks under strong light, this is a rare find on the original UK track record label from 1968 its not mint or record store new.

Visually it's had a life from its 56 years, audio is way better when played so it's a real survivor.

no skips or jumps on playback.

The original Uk copies from 1968 are now so hard to find in this condition.

The record is in VGC + condition

Cover also is very good condition plus real 4 good corners  see close up pics in the  listing.

It's a single envelope style sleeve.

Very rare error copy.

This vinyl is in VGC plus and a few  light lines a few spindle lines there are some light lines and removal marks under strong light this is 56 year old vinyl no skips or jumps on our Rega 3 or our super fussy light tracking Kenwood deck.

We play tested this on two different decks. Our Rega 3 also on our super fussy Kenwood deck with very light tracking and there are no skips or jumps

We want to be very clear this is not a "mint or record store new" its a 56 year old original Track uk copy from 1968,

it has been played and should continue to be played and enjoyed as a great vinyl to own.

In vgc plus condition with some surface light lines, light scuffs from sleeve removal and general light hairlines,  over the years, bear in mind this is a 56 year old vinyl record!

Nice fat pre oil crisis 60s vinyl wow ! Great weight on this copy.

So thick and fat vinyl...

See pictures in the listing you can see only very light surface lines on the record, nothing serious and in keeping with its 56 years life.

It's been vault stored many years.

Sides B  and  C only here.

There is some very slight  static in quieter passages and intros, but this is not obtrusive to the playback.

Plays clear with bright crisp sound may benefit from a professional clean (we don't do this as it's an individual thing) some slight background light  static is noticeable in the quieter passages but not many of those here!

The Cover

Very good Condition plus

It's been well  kept in a PVC sleeve for most of its life in great shape from a smoke free home.

Bright vibrant colour , the spine is in good order (see photos in listing) its got only a little wear no tape or repairs.

the corners are in good shape soo hard to find, we keep a card stiffener inside to help protect the integrity of the sleeve.

The colours on the front side are in real great order there is light laminate creasing (see photos in listing) but bearing in mind its 55 year journey all good. cover is solid spine no splits or tears or tape repairs! 

THE SLEEVE FROM 1968 so Rare in single form , it's a rare error press run item,seldom seen.

Having done it's job over 56 years the sleeve has very little soiling/creasing  removal wear on entry/exit side and not showing a lot of ringwear  (see photos) slight ribbing and storage removal nothing serious.

No splits or tears, colours are good and not a lot fading, the thick card holds up well, no stickers or tape on the sleeve,

this is a keeper for any Hendrix fan wanting an original 1st UK Pressing.

on the whole a clean near ex error sleeve and a very collectable Near Ex vinyl.

This is great heavy flat vinyl and has deep lustre wow!

This is a great affordable upgrade and a keeper!
