Description
Duke Ellington and Count Basie: "Together For The First Time!". This is an open reel tape, 4 track stereo, recorded at 7.5 IPS. (I have this album on vinyl, and it is a classic of the post-swing big band era.)
Columbia catalog #CQ-459, released in 1962. Stereo.
This is a reel-to-tape, not a CD!
I no longer have a tape deck, so my grading is based on visual inspection. However, I do have over 50 years' experience with recorded media in many formats.
Tape grading: Excellent. No brittleness, no curling visible, no flaking of the magnetic coating. The tape pack appears fairly uniform. The reel and label are in fine plus condition.
Box grading: Very Good Plus. No noted moisture staining. Corners and hinge are all intact and strong. Some scuffing on the front and back panels.
