Pre-Release orders are normally shipped the day prior to release to arrive on the release date.
Pre-Release orders ordered in the last 2 weeks of the new release cycle may only arrive with us on the release date and would usually be shipped that day although some releases may run late at the record company and would normally be shipped on receipt. We will notify where possible of delays.
Release dates are subject to change without notice, we will amend all listings as appropriate and inform affected customers.
Most stock items will be dispatched same working day if ordered before 2PM but please check dispatch times as items with 4 working day dispatch are ordered in from the record company and whilst every effort is made to ensure stock information is up to date, occasionally there may be delays awaiting warehouse restock. We will notify where possible of any delays that may happen.
When completing your order please ensure include your full name and ensure that the address information is complete and accurate as Royal Mail do not normally accept claims for lost items without the full Name and address of recipient.
Items are normally dispatched in 4 working days (or less) (excluding new releases)
For Boxed sets, international and Express deliveries please ask for a shipping quote. Other postage services than those listed could be offered but please ask for a quotation first.
