Description
Here we offer a FACTORY SEALED, ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING U.S. MCA2-10003 2-LP set by Elton John, the classic "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road", issued in 1973! What is unusual here is that this is FACTORY SEALED FIRST PRESSING (complete with factory shrink breathe holes...) WITH the ORIGINAL Price/Price Code stickers on front shrink at upper left (see photos 1 & 5). Being very fussy, there is a 5.5" clean split in the shrink wrap at opening edge (see photo 3), but this is still VERY clearly & snugly sealed. There is also some light wear to shrink & cover at lower corners (a bit more so at lower right corner...about 1" clean split in shrink from wear. There is a very small "pull" in shrink wrap at upper edge rear (see photo 4), and perhaps a couple of TINY pulls in the shrink elsewhere! At very bottom and top center of front & back, shrink shows light partial shelfwear. YES, we are VERY picky graders, and despite our detailed description, this is a VERY nice, ORIGINAL, FACTORY SEALED FIRST PRESS LP! Even though this is a heavier 2-LP set, we'll keep our shipping costs the same. Offered with NO RESERVE!
