Elton John - "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road" 1973 DJM DJLPD 1001
Matrix / Runouts:
6499.690.1 (Artisan Drum)
6499.690-2 (Artisan Drum)
6499.691-1 (Artisan Drum)
6499.691-2 (Artisan Drum)
Vinyl: EX
Both records are in excellent overall condition - bright, clean and glossy. There are a few light surface marks here and there, but they don't affect playback for the most part. The sound quality is outstanding, apart from a couple of minor exceptions as mentioned below:
Disc 1:
Some light static at the start of Side 1 Track 1, but the rest of the side plays beautifully thereafter. Side 2 is very similar, with a little light static at the beginning of Track 1, but plays beautifully after that.
Disc 2:
Both sides play superbly from start to finish. Excellent sound quality.
Cover / Sleeves: EX+ / EX
The six-panel tri-fold sleeve is in excellent condition. Really tidy.
Both original inner sleeves are in excellent condition for their age.
Labels: EX-
All four labels are in excellent overall condition, with just a few light spindle marks and the odd small wear mark, mostly on Side 3 (these appear to be pressing marks rather than damage).
