Description
Elton John Goodbye Yellow Brick Road double LP, vinyl VG+, cover EX* (Please Note: The cover is damn near immaculate, however, this is a re-release I purchased in the early '80s and it does not have the [trifold] interior the original LP apparently had, with lyrics and artwork corresponding to every song. Don't know if this was a mistake, or an odd bit of economy, but what's there is in great shape.)
Regarding the vinyl, it has an odd mark or 2 that do not affect play. There's a few crackles on intro grooves and here and there, but these should not detract from enjoyment if played at sufficient volume. I'm more a fan of the rockers, and this record can still make the hairs on your neck stand up.
Arguably the best Elton album, with great songs, production, vocals, band performances and lots and lots of it. Parting because I have a copy on CD that I don't need to get up every 20 minutes to flip over.
Shipped to lower 48 only, via USPS Media Mail.
