Elton John MADMAN ACROSS THE WATER LP. This LP is still in it's original shrink wrap. Extremely rare bootleg/pirated album from Melody Recordings. Catalog #SS-6009. Sleeve: EX+ (possibly NM-), Vinyl: VG+. Some history about Melody Recordings from the internet:
An American record company that issued pirated editions of popular releases. They went defunct in 1973 when the U.S. enacted a much more stringent copyright law. All their releases had the same generic "Crown & Scepter" cover. Printed in the USA. Location: P.O. Box 523, West Caldwell, N.J. 07006.
