Before describing this item, I would urge the bidder to check out my 'Other items'.
I am selling a lot of unique items which the bidder will probably never see again, on behalf of an executive friend in the music industry.
I cannot provide 'Certificates of Authenticity', but by virtue of the uniqueness, the quantity,and the rareness of the items, the bidder will see that they can only be genuine.
My feedback will show that I have previously sold 'One Off' items relating to Bon Jovi, Elton John,Def Leppard, Metallica,Iron Maiden,etc.etc.
All autographed items are genuine and signed in ink on unobtainable items.
This item is a unique promotional item, which was manufactured in a very limited number,to mark the release of the Elton John album 'Love Songs.It was distributed to friends, & people who were directly involved with the production and marketing of the album.
It is a solid sterling silver, heart shaped, oil/perfume bottle, containing essential perfumed massage oil. The item is personalised, bearing the engraved initials E.J. (Elton John) Beneath the initials is the engraved title of the album 'Love Songs'.
On the reverse side are the silver hallmarks. (See Photo's)
The item has a tight fitting screw cap, and is three and a half inches tall and two inches wide.
It is extremely unlikely that another such item will come up for auction,so for a music fan, a perfume bottle collector, a collector of silverware,or a music memorabillia collector,this item is a 'must'.
