Description

Record is very clean and glossy, with one small defect. There's a small imprint on the outermost cueing groove, something that looks like the record pressing machine put there (visible in the 4th picture, just to the left of the plate-holder (around 7 o'clock). Other than that defect, which appears to have been there when this record shipped from the factory, it is NM-, so I'm grading it as a whole at VG++. The orange labels are in fantastic condition, with just a small bit of spindle hole wear on side 2. Picture sleeve is in strong VG+ condition, with the number 1959 written in the bottom right corner of the back cover, a very small split (<1cm) on the top on the side where the record slides in, and some very light scuffing throughout. Overall this is a very nice copy of this hard-to-find orange label Gold Standard Series release. I use the Goldmine Grading Guide and grade conservatively.
Matrix numbers are K2 PH1245-1S A3 / K2 PH1246-1S A3. This is an Indianapolis pressing.
