EXTREMELY RARE PICTURE DISC!!!!   
   Elvis Presley   Elvis As Recorded At Madison Square Garden  LSP-4776   Made in the USA 1978   12 inch 331/3  Experimental Picture Disc manufactured in Indianapolis record plant in 1978. Made in clear vinyl. Side A has a picture of the Hawaiian girls from the inner sleeve of the Aloha From Hawaii album. Side B Has a picture of Elvis from the inner sleeve of the same album. There were very limited copies made of this particular album, possibly no more than a dozen or even less. Very limited number of experimental pressings were made. EXTREMELY RARE!!  Limited Pressing!

Ernest P. Ruggieri, RCA's Division Vice President of all manufacturing in the USA from 1972-1980 was the creator of most of these rarities. He worked his way up through RCA's manufacturing division(1935-1980) starting his career as a punch operator in the press room and ending it as Division Vice President in charge of all manufacturing. He was the longest working employee in the companies history.  He was very instrumental in many of the color vinyl and picture discs produced for artists in the 1970's. The two billionth record to roll off the presses at  RCA records in June of 1977 was a copy of " Moody Blue " awarded to Elvis by Ernest P. Ruggieri. This was said to be Elvis' last personal award prior to his death approximately six weeks later.

Record:  Side 1  with the Hawaiian Girls photo  is Mint Minus to Mint Condition 
Record:  Side 2   VG++   with the Madison Square photo has a few hairline marks. There is a 1/2 inch scratch  just above Elvis' head and there is a 1/2 inch scratch on the ending track and into the Trail off.  Only the areas with the scratches have been sound tested and there are no skips or crackling. Those areas play just fine.   **SEE PHOTOS WHERE I HAVE MARKED THESE SCRATCHES WITH A YELLOW ARROW ***
