Description

Original 1983 U.S. PROMO LP on Columbia Records (FC 38897), featuring standout tracks like “Everyday I Write the Book” and “Shipbuilding.”
This is a PROMO copy, noted by the gold “FOR PROMOTION ONLY” stamp on the back cover. Includes the original printed lyric inner sleeve which makes this more collectible.
Vinyl: NM- (Near Mint Minus) – Beautiful glossy surface with just a light superficial mark on Side 1 that does not affect playback in any way. The record sounds fantastic with only the faintest trace of surface noise between tracks, if listening closely.
Sleeve: EX (Excellent) – Bright and well cared for with only minor shelf wear. Promo stamp on the back.
Inner Sleeve: Original printed lyric sleeve is included and in excellent condition.
A terrific-sounding PROMO pressing of this classic 1983 Elvis Costello release — clean, complete, and graded conservatively.
