Cover Front: RCA Victor logo top right corner. Catalog number lower left corner. With Special Bonus sticker. Cover Back: Catalog numbers for mono upper right corner.
Disc: Monaural. Black label, RCA logo is white, other label print is silver. FRANKIE AND JOHNNY and Elvis Presley below dog and above spindle hole. Side 1 "*" to the right of the song titles or credits.
Has Matrix numbers error on run out, it should read Side 1: SPRM-7386--1S A2 / Side 2: SPRM-7387--7S A1 (Rockaway pressing) But instead reads Side 1: SPRM-7386--1S A1 / Side 2: SPRM-7387--7S (missing A number)
