This auction is for Elvis Presley LPM 2075 Elvis gold records, volume 2 (50,000,000 Fans Can’t Be Wrong – It is the 1959 long play record and the 1964 cover.

 

Record:  (1959)  black label, dog on top, long play at bottom, Title on label  Elvis Gold Records Volume 2

 

Cover: (1964) Front: RCA logo and number at upper right, back: Color 12 X 12 Elvis photo, Has text at upper right and left, which discusses playing reprocessed stereo, since this is a mono record it is clearly a mistake.

 

Inner Sleeve: Red, black and white print, Elvis LP catalog on front and Elvis EP and 45 catalog on back 21-112-1- 40A

50,000,000 Elvis Fans Can't Be Wrong: Elvis' Gold Records - Volume 2 is the ninth album by Elvis Presley, issued on RCA Victor Records (LPM 2075) in November 1959. It is a compilation of hit singles released in 1958 and 1959 by Presley, from two recording sessions in June 1958 at RCA Studios in Nashville and three at Radio Recorders in Hollywood. The album peaked at #31 on the Billboard Top Pop Albums chart, and is considered to be one of the most successful and influential compilation albums of all time.
