Description
Welcome------you are bidding on a RARE dog on side, Gold Standard Series EPA-5121 45EP rpm record.
Vinyl: Black Label, Dog on Side. Record is graded Near Mint (see gradings below) In this case, Near Mint means just a couple of very very small surface scratches and a couple of very small blemishes that should clean up fine. This is a very nice, high gloss record. It is as close to mint as I can give it. (I am sure others would sell this as Mint, but I do grade conservatively--look at my ratings) This is truely a very nice record. NO pops. NO skips. Very nice.
Sleeve: NEAR MINT. Grading sleeves is hard. This one is a little stiffer cardboard. Not real rigid, but not paper either. Similar to what a 33rpm record comes in. This has NO creases, NO folds. There is a little discoloration on the reverse bottom edge, see picture. There is also a picture price $1.49 in the top right corner of the reverse side.
This comes from a collection of over 300 Elvis Records. NON SMOKING HOME. NO CHILDREN
***Check completed listings AND condition...this record should sell for THREE TIMES what I am starting the bid at.....don't be left out***
SIDE ONE---"(There'll Be) Peace In The Valley (For Me)" "It Is No Secret (What God Can Do)"
SIDE TWO----"I Believe" "Take My Hand, Precious Lord"
Carefully read my grading policy. I visually grade all records under bright lights. I try my best to give you a very clear description of what you are buying. If for some reason the record does not play to the grading I gave it----please email me as I will be happy to work with you for an adjustment or refund.
RECORDS:
Sealed: Store stock new
- Mint: Like new or near new with only one or two small insignificant defects
- Near Mint/M-: Extremely nice. Would be Mint, except for a possibly a couple of light hairlines or scuffs
- VG++: Still a very nice record with all or nearly all of its original gloss but may have a few more light, surface marks, hairlines, needle tracks or the like
- VG+: A nice, but used record that may have a series of light scuffs or scratches. It probably plays with a some pops
- VG: A well-used record that still should sound OK when played, but may have moderate surface noise, pops, and even a possible skip.
- VG-: A very well-worn record that plays through, probably has skipping and snap, crackle, pop
- Good: Probably will play through but with much in the way of surface noise, pops, crackles, skips etc.
- Fair: You’re getting this record just to own.
- Poor: The sky’s the limit as far as condition in the negative sense
COVERS:
There are really too many possible defects regarding covers to be as specific in my definitions as I had been with my record grades. But please keep in mind these general grading guidelines:
- I will give greater weight to the condition of the front cover than back cover when assigning an overall grade
- Stickers – I will state if there are any
- If I write that a cover has a punch-hole, I’m talking about a small punch-press type hole
- A factory saw mark is a narrow cut in the perimeter of the cover, could be anywhere and vary in length from 1/2” to 2” at the most.

Note: I have recently changed the price for the first record to $3.50. BUT-----the first 4 records ship for that same low price. Look around...most people out there are charging $1.00+ for each additional. If you win an auction and only buy one record, I will ship it "First Class" rather than Media Rate for the same low price. But if you buy 2-4 records, I will usually ship Media. First Class postage is only available up to 13 ounces. I check the weight and search the prices on each and every purchase to get you the best deal. This includes delivery confirmation. This extra service helps in tracking your package if lost or delayed. THANK YOU!...............................PLEASE CHECK BACK FOR MORE EXCITING AUCTIONS IN FANTASTIC CONDITION AND PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT MY OTHER ITEMS FOR SALE!
I will combine shipping.....
First 4 records to the lower 48 states ship for same low price $3.50, each additional record is 25 cents.
Email me for international shipping, but generally the cost is $10 US for the first record and $1.00 for each additional.
