Vintage Autographed Elvis Christmas 45 RPM

The sleeve of this 45 measures 7 1/8" square, record is 7" in diameter. Songs featured include "Santa Bring My Baby Back", "Blue Christmas", "Santa Claus Is Back In Town" and "I'll Be Home For Christmas".
This record came out of the estate of a relative who lived in the Memphis area for many, many years. The back has writing in blue ballpoint pen reading "Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year Elvis Presley". I have compared the signature to ones online and it appears genuine. The relative it came from was associated with St Jude's Hospital and it is possible the record was given/signed at a fundraiser or other function Elvis may have attended.
The back of the sleeve has tan spotting. The record has white spots. I have not attempted to clean the record and the white sots may come off. The record has no major scratches, chips, cracks or repairs.
As of January ebay has prohibited advertising payment by any method other than Paypal.
Please note - In January both USPS and Fed Ex Ground shipping rates increased.
