Description
Welcome------you are bidding on a RCA EPA-5122 45rpm record. Extended Play. WITH PICTURE SLEEVE. Record has been hard to grade....sometimes I look and say NEAR MINT, other times I look and say VG++. It is too close, but I grade conservative and will go with VG++. Reason is there are some small surface scratches at the end of the second track on each side. I doubt this will have any effect on play. The record maintains a high amount of gloss. Center ring looks great.
As for the sleeve----- EXC !! Hard cardboard stock. Gold Standard Series Vol. 1 Corners are sharp as sleeve was kept in a clear plastic cover.

RECORDS:
Sealed: Store stock new
- Mint: Like new or near new with only one or two small insignificant defects
- Near Mint/M-: Extremely nice. Would be Mint, except for a possibly a couple of light hairlines or scuffs
- VG++: Still a very nice record with all or nearly all of its original gloss but may have a few more light, surface marks, hairlines, needle tracks or the like
- VG+: A nice, but used record that may have a series of light scuffs or scratches. It probably plays with a some pops
- VG: A well-used record that still should sound OK when played, but may have moderate surface noise, pops, and even a possible skip.
- VG-: A very well-worn record that plays through, probably has skipping and snap, crackle, pop
- Good: Probably will play through but with much in the way of surface noise, pops, crackles, skips etc.
- Fair: You’re getting this record just to own.
- Poor: The sky’s the limit as far as condition in the negative sense
COVERS:
There are really too many possible defects regarding covers to be as specific in my definitions as I had been with my record grades. But please keep in mind these general grading guidelines:
- I will give greater weight to the condition of the front cover than back cover when assigning an overall grade
- Stickers – I will state if there are any
- If I write that a cover has a punch-hole, I’m talking about a small punch-press type hole
- A factory saw mark is a narrow cut in the perimeter of the cover, could be anywhere and vary in length from 1/2” to 2” at the most.

Look around...most people out there are charging $1.00+ for each additional. If you win an auction and only buy one record, there are times I am able to ship it "First Class" rather than Media Rate for the same low price. But if you buy 2-4 records, I will usually ship Media. I check the weight and search the prices on each and every purchase to get you the best deal. This includes delivery confirmation. It was just pointed out by a very observant potential buyer that the WRONG RECORD is matched to the WRONG Sleeve. Ironically it is the same 4 songs, but different EPA numbers. Please note the sleeve is 5122 and the record is 4319. I WANT TO MAKE THIS RIGHT........ANY winning bid would not have to pay if they did not realize this error prior to winning. I will confirm with the winner before accepting payment. I pride myself and my rating with good high quality records and truely did not see this error until 21 hours before auction ended.
On Aug-16-11 at 21:17:09 PDT, seller added the following information:Correction fixed....I found the correct record for the correct sleeve......the photo is for record 4319, the sleeve is for 5122. i now have the 5122 record for the correct sleeve. BUT-----it is the orange label record and i must say-----is in better condition that the one in the picture. Sorry
