Description
Released by Sun label (209) in July 1954, this is Elvis Presley's first recording. Elvis, backed by Scotty and Bill, performs "That's All Right," written by Arthur Crudup, and "Blue Moon Of Kentucky," written by Bill Monroe. The side with "That's All Right" has a small surface scratch that does not affect play. Other side shows no scratches as far as I can see. The record plays as VG although the recordings sound a little scratchy, which is the norm for recordings of that era. The label has minimal signs of age/wear as evidenced by the photos, but both sides are intact. It comes in a "Victor" paper sleeve, obviously not original, which is inside a plastic sleeve.
