Description
This is an auction for an Original copy of the HARD TO FIND 1959 DOG ON TOP EP release Elvis Presley - A Touch Of Gold Volume II (Volume 2) released in the USA.
The record itself (EPA-5101 DOG ON TOP) is in EXCELLENT- condition and probably the best conditioned copy of this EP I have ever sold on ebay!!
There are some light visible marks/scratches but nothing too deep or drastic.
The centre labels have NO WRITING!!!(see photos)
THIS ALSO HAS THE ADDED BONUS OF BEING A 1st Pressing as indicated by the 1s in the trail off.
The THICK CARDBOARD picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2016 as $80 in the condition it is in now (which i would say is EXCELLENT- / VERY GOOD+) for the sleeve alone!!!
This sleeve is in reasonable condition for the age.(see photos)
This hard to find sleeve has nice colour on the front and is only let down by the writing on the rear and a small partial seam split on the bottom corner of the opener and some ringwear / scuff marks(see photos)
That all said this is a great affordable collection filler until that mint copy comes along!
The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this RARE sleeve!!
With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
Please look at my other auctions for some more great Elvis USA picture sleeve lots.
I offer shipping discounts on multiple purchases.(please request total invoice when through bidding )
APOLOGIES FOR POSTAGE PRICE INCREASES BUT THIS IS DUE TO ROYAL MAIL RAISING COSTS AS OF MARCH 2019
