Jacket Condition: (VG+) Some ring wear. Great corners. No writing or defacing. No seam splits on spine or other sides. Nice images on front and back. Cover still shows some of the original luster. Nice condition overall. Comes with protective plastic sleeve.
LP Condition: (EX) Black labels with silver print. Labels are sharp, clean and shiny. Small bump on side two (plant defect). No surface noise. No skips, repeats or other flaws. Excellent play-back.
Of interest: RCA VICTOR’S “GOLD STANDARD SERIES” launched in 1955! The series is known for keeping Elvis Presley records in print since 1958. Dozens of Presley numbers went through as many as five major label designs, with many now selling for hundreds of dollars! But it was not conceived of as a resting place for Presley oldies.
