Description
Here’s a rare original Elvis Presley 45 on the Sun label, featuring the songs “Baby, Let’s Play House” and “I’m Left, You’re Right, She’s Gone”. This is 100% original from 1954, featuring three “push marks” in the vinyl underneath the label, a result of the primitave pressing machines used in the early years. The vinyl grades G. There’s lots of scuffing and general wear, some scratches, nothing horrible though. There is a “lift” at the edge which plays through at a normal 1.5 grams on my turntable. It does not skip. Plays with a fair amount of noise due to wear, but also because of the typical Sun records “hiss” common to these crude early pressings. There is some center hole damage and some red markings and a name written in pencil on the B side label. Matrix numbers are: U143x-45-2 72 (delta)3446, and on side two: U-142-45 72 (delta)3292.
