ELVIS PRESLEY – “CLAMBAKE” – (LSP-3787) – First Pressing from 1967 with BONUS PHOTO!
RECORD: VG+ on the upper end with just a small amount of extremely light surface scuffs. There is also some as-made haziness in the vinyl that has no effect on the audible performance. This Hollywood pressing played fantastic upon test. The “Stereo” labels are original, clean and beautiful. This Original Soundtrack recording includes the hit singles “BIG BOSS MAN / YOU DON’T KNOW ME” and “GUITAR MAN”. This 1967 album is always high in demand by collectors, due to the fact that it was available for a short period of time before being deleted from “Elvis’ Great LP Catalog” and because of the classic Wedding Photo that was included. The matrix numbers end with 5S/6S.
COVER: NM with 100% of the original SHRINK WRAP still tightly secured to the cover! The original store price stickers ($4.79/$3.25) are seen to the upper right corner. A fully original and simply stunning cover that belongs in a high-end collection of Elvis Presley records and/or memorabilia. Add it to yours today!
INNER SLEEVE: The original “ELVIS’ GREAT LP CATALOG” (40C) inner sleeve from the era. Edge splits are present.
BONUS PHOTO: VG++ (EXC) with nice, sharp corners and edges. A little age yellowing is noticed, especially on the back side. A vertical paper wave (not a crease!) is found to the right side of the photo and seen more prevalently on the back. This is truly a beautiful photo that faces up quite nicely.
