Description
This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1958 EP release of Christmas with Elvis released in the USA.
The record itself (EPA- 4340 dog on top) is in VERY GOOD+ condition with some visible marks / scratches and retains some of it's natural sheen.
The centre labels are clean and have NO WRITING (see photos).
The THICK CARDBOARD picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2016 as $110 in the condition it is in now (which i would say is VERY GOOD+ ) for the sleeve alone!!!
This sleeve is 61 years old and is in Nice condition for the age.
There is some slight damage at the bottom of the sleeve in the centre to the paper slick, a small partial seam split on the bottom opener and some discolouration on the rear but that all said this is still quite nice for this hard to find sleeve ( especially at this low starting price!)
The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this sleeve!!
Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $220 (£200 approx.)
I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £210.
With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
Please look at my other auctions for some more great Elvis USA picture sleeve lots.
I offer shipping discounts on multiple purchases!(Please request total invoice when through bidding!)
