Description
This is an auction for an Original copy of the EXTREMEMELY HARD TO FIND 1958 EP release Christmas With Elvis released in the USA.
The record itself (EPA-4340 dog on top) is in VERY GOOD+ / VERY GOOD condition.
There are some marks/scratches but nothing too deep or drastic.
The centre labels have NO WRITING.(see photos)
The THICK CARDBOARD picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2008 as $80-90 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is VERY GOOD+ / VERY GOOD )for the sleeve alone!!!
This sleeve is over 55 years old and is in reasonable condition for the age.
There are NO RIPS, TEARS or WRITING!(see photos)
The only thing that stops this from grading even higher is some creases / ringwear and a complete seam split along the top and half way along the bottom and side. (see photos )
The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to try and help prevent anymore wear to this sleeve!!
Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $180(£116 approx) .I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £120.+
THIS IS ONLY THE 3rd COPY OF THIS I HAVE HAD AVAILABLE FOR SALE IN 12 YEARS OF SELLING ON EBAY!
With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
Please look at my other auctions for some more great Elvis USA picture sleeve lots.
I offer shipping discounts on multiple purchases.
APOLOGIES FOR POSTAGE PRICE INCREASES BUT THIS IS DUE TO ROYAL MAIL RAISING COSTS AS OF 2nd APRIL 2013!!!
