Description
This is an auction for an ORIGINAL DEMO / PROMO copy of the 1966 single Spinout / All That I am released in the USA.
The record itself (47-9115 white label )is in EXCELLENT- condition and retains some of it's natural sheen.
There are a few marks/scratches (nothing too deep or drastic though)
The labels are clearly marked with the words " NOT FOR SALE "(see photos)
The labels have some ringwear and a name written on one side. (see photos)
The picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2012 as $30 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is in VERY GOOD+ condition for the sleeve alone.(see photos)
There are a few things which stop this sleeve from grading higher.
The only thing that stops this from grading higher is some ringwear/creases , a partial seam split and a name written on one side
The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this sleeve!!
THIS IS THE 1ST ISSUE SLEEVE ADVERTIZING "WATCH FOR " SPINOUT LP (rather than the later alternative sleeve stating "ASK FOR")
This one does not come up for auction that often!!!!!!!
Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $55 (£45 approx) .I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £46.
