As I continue to auction selections from my 35-year-plus collection of Elvis Presley records, you have the opportunity to bid on "ELVIS' GOLD RECORDS, VOL. 2 - 50,000,000 ELVIS FANS CAN'T BE WRONG" (LSP-2075). Released in February of 1962 for the first time in "Electronically Reprocessed" STEREO on RCA Victor Records, this record grades NM- ! This record was stamped at RCA Victor's Indianapolis Plant with 1S & 4S Stampers,  Side 1 and Side 2 respectively. The vinyl appears to have been played only a few times, but there are just a few very light, superficial scratches that should not affect the sound quality. One of which starts at the Side 1 label and continues on to the record, showing on Tracks 4 & 5. Again these are very light. Other than that one scratch, the labels are extremely clean, with no further scratches or marks. This record should play beautifully! The cover is VG+ and very clean and glossy with virtually no ring wear! The main flaw, however, is a piece of invisible tape that someone placed over a tear to the bottom of the back slick where it had come loose and resulted in a 1-1/2" tear. This is why the VG+ grade and not Near Mint! The length of tape is approximately 2 inches. There is just the beginning of a seam split at the bottom that is very minor. This is really a beautiful cover with nice edges all the way around. Absolutely no writing, grafitti or stickers anywhere on this item. The original gray RCA Victor Inner Sleeve from the era is included. These Staggered Lettered "STEREO" LP's are very scarce, especially in this high grade. True, the 1963-64 "STEREO" variety is even more desirable due to extreme rarity, but they are also highly expensive! Please see the photos of this gorgeous album.
