Item Description.

All 3 records show visual signs of a good deal of play over the years, with a number of mostly fine surface scratches; however when we played them, although all have background crackle we could not detect any obvious repetetive scratch sounds, and they played rather well.

The sleeves are in good condition: 'Jailhouse Rock' has a small enclosed tear (<1cm) on the back cover halfway along the open end, and 'Love Me Tender' has a small enclosed tear (0.5cm) either side of the open end. We apologize for any light patterns in the photos.

The photographs show the actual items you will receive. They will be protected and shipped in a strong package.

We will combine shipping charges on all items where postal weight or size restrictions are not exceeded.

General notes:  We will combine shipping on all items we are currently selling as long as they are within the size or weight restraints imposed by our couriers. If you are buying more than one of our items please wait for an invoice in order that we can amend the shipping cost accordingly. We will accept postal orders, and cheques which are drawn from accounts based in the United Kingdom. We try to describe all our items as accurately as possible, but look closely at the pictures and if there is any area of concern, or if you have other questions please contact us. Please note that if any item may appear distorted in any pictures, this was due to the angle of the camera.

RETURNS POLICY: For all returns the customer must ensure that the returned package is adequately insured. Uninsured parcels are sent at the customer’s own risk –we will not issue a refund if an uninsured item is lost. Return of "as described", non-damaged items. In accordance with the current DTI Distance Selling Regulations, customers have the legal right to return goods in the condition as originally described by us within 7 business days of receiving them. This 'cooling-off' period starts the day after the goods are received from us. Please retain packaging for this purpose. The customer must arrange for, and pay for, the return of goods. A full refund of the net cost of goods (excluding return shipping and insurance) will be made by us within 30 days of receipt of cancellation notice. Notification of cancellation must be received via email or letter; a phone call is not sufficient. When returning goods to us the customer must obtain proof of posting or send via an insured method of shipping. We request that every care is taken in packaging the goods as well as possible so that they reach us in the best condition. Returning damaged or "not as described" items Customers receiving items from us in a damaged condition, or not as described in our auction details are entitled to return them for a full refund.
