Description
Elvis Presley ~ Elvis' Christmas Album vol 2 ep (Note: Danish Pressed 45's & EP's are surprisingly very rare in any condition; with this particular 1958 release it is unknown exactly how many were pressed but is said to be as few as 2,000 to 3,000 copies)
Vinyl Condition: Looking only beyond it's largely effected 'vinyl plague' area it grades VG to VG+, with the surface showing fine hairlines and light scratches but not over-bearing. Both sides play well with some light crackle to moderate crackle in places. The labels are nice with just a few light or faint marks. [These chemically affected records were of course still fit to play when issued - and still are - or they would never have been released into the public domain. They may not be to everyone's taste because of their look but are still very much collectible due to the fascinating history that comes with them.]
Sleeve Condition: VG+,.. Top opener as all Danish ep sleeves were, compared to most of their German counterparts. Shows minor signs of handling, use and wear. Light edge wear and mild or faint tape residue to side edges. No tears or edge splits. [NOTE: the yellow bars on the Danish front covers have 'Merry Christmas And Happy New Year' unlike the German sleeves which are always found with blank yellow bars]
