SIDE ONE: Vinyl - Excellent+.  A very clean surface (a couple of hairlines). The matrix number is NJ 89821 A.  
SIDE TWO: Vinyl - Near Mint-.  A very clean surface. The matrix number is NJ 89821 B.    
SLEEVE: The sleeve is shrink wrapped and undamaged and is graded as Near Mint. The spine is fully intact. The record is housed in a white paper inner.
