LSP-4155 released 1969. Cover still in its Original Shrink-wrap with Red Sticker & Photo .Picture of the Cover looks to have a lot of Ring wear .It does not that is wear on the Shrink only & picture captured it worse than it looks .Picture is in Near Mint shape.
