Description
Elvis Presley From Elvis in Memphis 1969 RCA LSP-4155 in Shrink NM/VG++. Cover: NM .Nearly without flaw. One of the most perfect 60s album covers I've seen. Most corners have fraying or bumps, this one has very minor fraying(you have to look closely to see it).Upon close inspection, there is a diagonal designation in one corner(see photo). It looks like excess paper on the back (pictured) and an indention on the front(not closely pictured),very cleanly done. Doesn't look like a promo mark, just a very clean printing anomaly. Shrink is beautiful and sturdy. No hype sticker or photo.
Disc: VG++ Visually very close to perfect.A close look under bright light finally shows a trace of 2-3 light scratches on a small area of side 1.Barely visible. Side 2 has no scratches at all except for several light ones in the run off groove area. Plays with only an occasional tick in between tracks, otherwise silent. Some light static does appear in the 2 middle tracks on both sides (I'll Hold You In My Heart, Long Black Limousine on side 1 and After Loving You & True Loves Travels On A Gravel Road on side 2).This doesn't overpower the music at all, just noticeable on a minor level in the soundstage. No skips.1971 orange label /flexible vinyl version.
