Japan ONLY LP
VICTOR SRA - 5011
Appendices: "Original Shaped-OBI", "Laminated G/F Cover" & "Booklet ( attached inside gate-fold )"
( PHOTO-CALENDAR is missing / INSERT is not originally issued )
Description: This is scarce Japan Only LP ( released in 1965 ) of Elvis, comin' with rare original obi. This album was specially issued only in Japan to commemorate 10th anniversary of his debut, according to AD on obi. The insert is not originally issued for this item. Instead, the booklet is attached inside gate-fold, showing "Japanese description", "English lyrics" & "photos of Elvis". OBI is really unique-shaped in its upper portion. Although folded photo-calendar is attached inside gate-fold cover, it’s cut off and missing. It’s hard to find this item with obi even in my country. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.
Side A: Stuck on you, It’s now or never, G. I. Blues, Surrender, Blue Hawaii, Follow that dream,
Side B: Return to sender, Devil in disguise, Bossa nova baby, Kissin’ cousins, Viva Las Vegas, Do the clam,
Condition: G+/VG ( Cover / Disc )
COVER: Cover is lightly scraped & scratched on the surface outside, with short creases on the spine-rims. It’s lightly browned ( stained ) around rims inside gate-fold ( including the attached booklet ). There’re several written red small circles in the discography page on the booklet. The photo-calendar originally attached inside gate-fold cover is cut off ( See photo ). Each corner is lightly worn. Otherwise no tear, ring-wear, dent, strip & writing...OK.
DISC: Disc is good in condition. It has some slight scuffs ( including light scratches ) on each side, with a long hairline ( scratch…not deep ) on Side A. There're some spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise none of any serious flaw ( such as deep scratch ), which is to be rated as "VG".
OBI: VG, being creased & folded in ragged-shaped portion of front. It’s lightly aged on the surface of back.
INSERT: INSERT is not originally issued for this item. Instead, the booklet is attached inside gate-fold cover.
