ELVIS PRESLEY - “HARUM SCARUM” (LPM-3468), A FIRST PRESSING OF THIS ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK RECORDING, COMPLETE WITH BONUS PHOTO AND SHRINK STICKER FROM 1965 RECORD: VG++ (EXC) with a few very light scuffs on the glossy vinyl that should have no effect on the audible performance. This Indianapolis pressing should play beautifully! The labels are absolutely beautiful with only a couple spindle marks seen upon inspection. This Original Soundtrack Recording was released in October of 1965 and spawned no singles. 1965 saw the release of several Elvis singles and it may have been seen as "unnecessary" to release any of the songs from this album as a single. The matrix numbers end with 1S/1S. COVER: NM with full original shrink wrap. As an added bonus, the Red Shrink Sticker remains fully affixed to the shrink! Some old price sticker residue remains on the shrink wrap toward the upper right corner on the front. This is a simply stunning, original cover that had been tucked away someplace safe for over 50 years! INNER SLEEVE: The original "ELVIS' Great LP Catalog" (40B) sleeve from the era. There are a couple edge splits, however.
BONUS PHOTO: NM with just some record edge impression noticed, but this is typical of all of these Bonus Photos. It is very rare to find one that is perfectly flat. All four corners remain sharp and the edges are clean with no bumps or signs of fraying. To sum it up with one word: Stunning!
